Job Description:
·responsiblefor heading, leading, supervising and motivating a team of marketing professionals
· Will be accountable for all the client /brokerdealing with respect to the selling of residential/commercialprojects.
· Preparing marketing strategies including the positioning pricing of the projects.
· Making SOPs(standard operating procedures) for effective sales, payment of brokerages and ensuring their adherence.
· Coordination with the CRM deptt. And ensuring that the all customer queries are forwarded them well in time to enable them to address and resolve the issues at the earliest; submitting the MIS to themanagement.
· Responding to client criticism and comments in a positive approach.
· Assisting manger in tasks such as recruiting, training, developing business plan and so on.
· Enforcing commercial skills in order to meet costs and sales budgets.
· Interacting with employees and assist customers in response to their concerns, questions, or complaints.
· Assisting general manger in managing the budget of the division and achieving stand-alone productivity for business.
· Helping general manger in designing, and building a service and sales capability.

· Handle a team of 10-15 sales professionals & Train & motivate them for Sales Targets
· To set & assign the targets for the team
· To develop and maintain relationship with the channel partners to conduct regular sales meetings;
· Possess, Identifying and networking abilities with reliable channel partners resulting in deeper market penetration and reach;
· Well versed in interfacing with clients for suggesting the most viable product range and cultivating relations with them for securing repeat business;
· Develop and Implement the Marketing Strategy, Establish and Manage New Channel partners, Alliances;
· Candidates from having exposure in handling HNI & NRI Clients;
· Maximize revenue generation and lead closures;
· Making presentations and pitches to the corporate and HNI clients;
· Adept at exploring business potential, opportunities as well as clientele to secure profitable business volumes;
· Skilled in forecasting sales targets and executing them in a given time frame thereby enhancing existing clientele.
